I met this gazelle in a zoo; staring at me while I spoke to it, "I know you aren't so happy here, but it's okay. Out there, men will hunt you down..."
At the end of my rhetorics, I said, "could you please remove the dry leaf on your horn so I take full #photo of you?"
At once, it bent over a log of wood nearby, dragged off the leaf, and looked at me. It's been years back, but I am still dumbfounded at what happened. Did it hear me or it was mere coincidence?
